A structured two-day immersion designed to support a genuine nervous system reset. Helping you regulate, reconnect with your body, and build lasting internal capacity through guided breathwork, meditation, movement, sauna, and guided inner work.

What's inside?

Yoga

The yoga sessions are woven in to help you ground, restore energy, and reconnect with your body. Through steady, accessible movement, you’ll increase blood flow, support nervous system regulation, and create a sense of physical clarity and presence. The focus is on feeling embodied, stable, and energised so you can move into the next part of the experience feeling connected and resourced.


Breathwork

The breathwork sessions are designed as a guided detox-style, holotropic experience that supports access to stored emotion and deeper internal material. Through intentional breathing patterns and carefully curated music, you’ll create the conditions for emotional release, insight, and nervous system discharge. The process is facilitated with clear safety framing and support throughout, allowing what’s ready to move to move, while maintaining steadiness and containment within the group.


Meditation

The meditation sessions are designed to gently down-regulate the nervous system while continuing the processing that begins in breathwork. Through guided awareness and structured inner work, you’ll calm the body, settle the mind, and expand conscious awareness. This creates space for deeper access to subconscious material in a steady, contained way, allowing insight, integration and clarity to unfold without force.


The inner work sessions are designed to help you understand and integrate what has surfaced throughout the weekend. Through guided reflection, structured exercises, and educational components around the nervous system and emotional processing, you’ll make sense of your experience in a practical way. This layer supports sustainable change by turning insight into awareness, and awareness into patterns you can carry forward beyond the immersion.
